These are our centre core Christmas trading hours:
- Thursday 18 to Saturday 20 Dec 9am – 7pm
- Sunday 21 Dec 10.30am – 4.30pm
- Monday 22 & Tuesday 23 Dec 9am – 7pm
- Christmas Eve 9am – 4.30pm
- Christmas Day Closed

Dog Friendly
Customers are now welcome to bring their four-legged best friends to Friars Square as the shopping centre becomes a dog-friendly destination. Please follow our Petiquette when visiting us.
Parking
Free Parking after 10am on Saturday 20th December. You will still need to collect and use your ticket as normal to exit the car park but there will be no payment needed.
Friars Square car park has 360 spaces and offers direct access to the shopping centre via a link bridge.

There are car washing facilities on Level One of the car park.
Cash Machines
Cash machines are available at the banks in Market Square and by the bridge link within the centre.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the centre.
Toilets & Baby Changing
Our toilets and baby changing facilities are located on Level 3.
Disabled Toilets
The disabled toilets are located on the Shops Level.
Disabled Parking
Allocated disabled parking spaces can be found on every level of the Friars Square car park. Please note that parking for the disabled is not free of charge.
