Supporting our community through Package for Milly

No one should have to go without essential period products because of financial hardship. That’s why Friars Square is proud to support Package for Milly – an initiative that provides discreet access to essential menstrual products for people experiencing period poverty.

Named in honour of women’s suffrage campaigner Millicent Fawcett, the programme provides dignified access to essential products for individuals facing financial hardship or for those who have been caught short.

If you’re experiencing period poverty or are in genuine need of emergency period products, simply ask for “A Package for Milly” at one of our participating locations. You’ll be given a discreet package containing essential period products, with no questions asked.

Package for Milly is an initiative originally created by Jackson Square Shopping Centre to help tackle period poverty. Friars Square is proud to support the campaign and thanks Jackson Square for permission to use the initiative and campaign artwork.
