Emmett's Genies charity partnership
Friars Square are happy to partner with Emmett’s Genies as our Community Charity Partnership.
Emmett’s Genies was founded to help bring some Magic into the lives of children with serious or life-limiting conditions. We work with our NHS, Hospice & Charity partners to provide boredom relief, grant small wishes and provide memory-making, quality experiences for these children and their families.
Friars Square has so far raised £2,200 for the charity and is attempting to achieve a total amount of £5,000 during 2024. We have specifically offered to help with funding for two projects. A Boredom Busting Project which will create 150 hospital funpacks and a VR headset lending library for children in hospital too.
